All our shoes come with a 15 Days Quality Replacement Warranty.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund and Exchange is possible under the following circumstances:

· The item(s) is/are damaged, faulty, or defective at the time of delivery.
· The item(s) do not match the original specifications of the product or the order.
· The size you ordered is not fit to your feet due to any reason.
· No returns will be accepted without the invoice copy or courier receipt sent with the package.

Exchange/Refund requests will NOT be entertained under the following (or similar) circumstances:

· If the request is made after 2 days of receiving the item.
· If the product is damaged due to use or mishandling.
· If the product has been tampered with, hit hard, or water washed.
· If the invoice is missing.
· ATTIRE does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” beyond the specified time frame.
· Orders may be canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as item being out of stock, payment issues, or delivery area being outside the shipping service range.

Special Terms for Discounted Items:

· No refund or exchange is allowed on items purchased under promotion or discount offers.
· However, exchange due to size issues is allowed, with all shipping expenses to be paid by the customer (both return and re-shipping).

Note: Return package shipment charges will be paid by the customer in all cases.
